Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, obtained a marriage license from a courthouse in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the couple was seen together visiting the Beverly Hills Courthouse Monday and witnesses reported that Nicki and Petty were at the marriage license bureau window. They were also seen holding paperwork and trying to keep a low profile while waiting on line. Petty paid for the license before leaving the courthouse.

Minaj made an announcement last month on Queen Radio that she and Petty were planning to get married soon once they received their license.
“I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m here I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything.”

The couple started dating last year but there were no details as to when they will officially get married since marriage license can only last for three months.
