Hyundai has released a first look at its wicked awesome, Boston-themed Super Bowl commercial.The advertisement features an all-star cast of Massachusetts natives, including Chris Evans, Rachel Dratch and John Krasinski.Boston Red Sox legend David "Big Papi" Ortiz also makes an appearance in the commercial for Hyundai's "smaht cah."The ad was shot in Boston and is directed by Swampscott native Bryan Buckley, who has directed over 60 Super Bowl commercials and has won multiple Emmys.Click this link to watch the commercial.Hyundai released a teaser for the commercial earlier this month titled "Dialect Coach," where Dratch helps Ortiz refine his Boston accent.Ortiz, affectionately known as "Big Papi," retired from Major League Baseball after the 2016 season. The 10-time All-Star won three World Series titles with Boston and will be inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame later this year.Evans recently wrapped up his starring role as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Sudbury native also starred in "Knives Out," which was nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy and received one Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay.Krasinki, a native of Newton, rose to fame in his role as Jim Halpert on "The Office." He currently stars as the title character and producer of "Jack Ryan." He also co-wrote, directed and starred in the critically acclaimed horror film, "A Quiet Place," which grossed over $340 million worldwide.Dratch was a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" from 1999 to 2006 and has recently made guest appearances on the program as Sen. Amy Klobuchar. She also made various guest appearances on "30 Rock," which was created by fellow "SNL" cast member Tina Fey. The commercial will run during the Super Bowl on Feb. 2, which will also mark the beginning of Hyundai's national advertising campaign for the 2020 Sonata.
