Close-Up Footage Reveals What Tyson Fury And Deontay Wilder Told Each Other Following Fight - SPORTbible

Footage of Tyson Fury showing huge respect to rival Deontay Wilder following their fight on Saturday night has emerged.

Fury handed Wilder the first loss of his professional career with a seventh round TKO in the MGM Grand.

The new WBC champion approached Wilder following the fight and told him:

"What a fighter, what a fighter you are.

"Anybody you land on-

"Let me tell you something, in that first round, you were f**king dynamite.

"God bless you and your family."

'The Gypsy King' shocked the world in Las Vegas by downing Wilder in rounds three and five before the American's corner threw in the towel during the seventh.

Wilder had repeatedly called Fury 'pillow fist' in the build-up to the fight, mocking his striking ability.

It's a claim that Fury was quick to mock after being crowned victor last night.

At the post-fight presser, the 31-year-old recalled per talkSPORT: "Don't forget, when I came here they said I can't punch.

"Deontay Wilder said himself that I've got two pillow fists.

"But you know, not bad for an old fat guy who can't punch, eh? Done alright, didn't I?

"I'm an old feather duster who can't break an egg."

Wilder has 30 days to activate his automatic rematch clause but Fury has made it known who's next in his sights.

Fury responded to a question about a potential unification bout with Anthony Joshua by saying 'If Deontay don't want the rematch, then let's go AJ.'

Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn also took to social media following the fight and called for a fight between the two Brits.

Fury told iFL TV that he would spend Saturday night partying after finally defeating his longtime rival.

"I might have a slice of pizza. I done all the celebrating for three years didn't I - there's not much I can do in my life worth celebrating.
