Teresa Palmer can add published author to her list of accomplishments.
The 34-year-old actress proudly showed off her soon-to-be released book, Zen Mamas, on Instagram on Thursday.
Clutching an advance copy of the book, in which she features on the cover alongside co-author Sarah Wright Olsen, Teresa can be seen grinning at the camera.

'Our @yourzenmama book is almost here. So thankful to be hearing all the beautiful feedback from those of you with an early copy, it's been warming our hearts,' she captioned the photo.
Teresa said the book could not have come at a better time, with the coronavirus pandemic instilling fear and uncertainty in many.
'Especially now, realising how much we need to allow ourselves to have those moments of disappearing in to [sic] a book, finding solace, support and connection in words,' she added.

The mum-of-three first announced the upcoming book on Instagram back in November, confessing writing it was something she never expected.
'Ummm surprise! We have written a book! WTF! Never thought I'd ever do this or enjoy this as much as I have,' she began in a lengthy post.
Teresa described it as the book she wishes she'd had while she was pregnant with her children, sons Bodhi, six, and Forest, three, and daughter Poet, 11 months.

'To our whole @yourzenmama community for inspiring us to write from ours hearts about the subjects we love the most; PREGNANCY, BIRTH, BABIES & MOTHERHOOD,' she added.
'This past year of development and writing has been such a tremendous learning curve which has culminated in Sar and I writing the book we wished we were able to find whilst pregnant with our first babes.'
Zen Mamas is due for release on April 15.
