Man injured in Howell mobile home explosion - Livingston Daily

A Howell man was transported to the hospital late Sunday afternoon after a portion of his mobile home exploded.

Howell police responded to the explosion in the Howell Estates manufactured housing community around 4:45 p.m 

The man was transported to the University of Michigan Hospital with burns but is expected to make a full recovery, Howell Police Chief Scott Mannor said. 

Mannor said the cause of the explosion remains unknown. 

The Howell Area Fire Department and Livingston County EMS also responded to the incident.
