Viral deer abuse video case ends in court - WPXI Pittsburgh

Officials said Alexander Smith, 18, appeared in Jefferson County court and pleaded guilty to a second-degree misdemeanor charge of cruelty to animals among other charges. In exchange for his guilty plea, he was sentenced to two years of probation, community service to be completed at an animal shelter and through presentations to hunter-education classes, $1,650 in fines and his hunting license was revoked for 15 years.
