A video of a cheetah chasing a gazelle in full speed has intrigued the internet and is swiftly going viral on Twitter. The six-second clip was shared on Twitter by Susanta Nanda of the Indian Forest Service on May 23 and has garnered over 15,000 views so far.
The clip shows the cheetah running after the gazelle and while doing so, the big cat balances its speed with the help of its tail. The gazelle, as well, tries its level best to escape from the cheetah but the outcome is unknown since the clip doesn't feature the end of the story.
"Just watch how the fastest of the big cats, cheetah, uses its long tail to balance," Susanta Nanda said in the caption of the post.

Susanta Nanda's video collected almost 2,000 likes ever since being made available online while netizens expressed their thoughts in the comments section.
"Poetry in motion! Superb grace and rhythm," a comment read. Another user also shared some information, "Cheetah is the fastest animal on land, but its favorite prey Thompson's Gazelle is the fastest animal 'on turns'. The classic predator-prey rivalry."
