INDIA. Mumbai Duty Free has launched luxury shopping experience White Glove Services at its stores in Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The service includes personal shopper assistance, access to exclusive limited-edition products and a dedicated counter for payment.

White Glove Services was launched via a special event in partnership with premium spirits company Beam Suntory.

White Glove Services has been designed to bring a new higher level of shopping experience to Mumbai Duty Free stores

The retailer said the elite service is tailored to its HNWI (high net worth individual) customers and “goes beyond the boundaries of traditional duty free shopping, bringing in a new segment of personalised and opulent service”.

A dedicated assistant helps customers using the service to explore Mumbai Duty Free’s extensive range of premium products covering high-end fashion, watches, confectionery, luggage, perfumes, cigars and alcohol.

The customer pays for goods at a dedicated White Glove Services counter which eliminates the need to endure long store payment queues.
